Your new role:

Join our newly established Level 4 Intensive Care Unit(ICU) Outreach team, providing expert clinical care and leadership to support critically ill patients across Bayside Health Service.

  • Deliver advanced nursing care and clinical consultancy for deteriorating patients and in-hospital resuscitation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, person-centred care.
  • Lead quality improvement, education, and clinical governance initiatives.
  • Support flexible 24/7 service delivery across the ICU Outreach network.

About you:

You are an experienced critical care nurse with advanced skills and a passion for leadership and quality patient care.

  • Registered Nurse with NMBA registration; postgraduate study in critical care highly desirable.
  • Skilled in managing complex, deteriorating patients with strong clinical judgment.
  • Effective communicator and mentor with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a flexible roster.
