Bookkeeper – Part Time Employee

ACCOUNTED FOR YOU is looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper to handle client accounts with care and accuracy, while thriving in a supportive and collaborative team.

This role is for someone who enjoys the doing – reconciliations, payroll, working across a variety of clients and keeping accounts squeaky clean. You'll be confident in your skills, comfortable knowing when to stop and ask questions, and take pride in staying on top of client deadlines. ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role is perfect for a bookkeeper with a few years' experience, who is comfortable switching between multiple clients and tasks, maintaining accurate records and following mapped out processes.

You'll look after:

• Day to day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payroll
• Managing allocated client files accurately and efficiently
• Prep work for BAS and IAS
• Maintaining high quality work that's always review ready

This is a remote role, spread across Monday-Thursday, for approx 15-20 hours per week, with room to grow for the right person

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

In addition to your 2+ years of bookkeeping experience and love for clean numbers, you'll be someone who:

· Is confident in Xero and Karbon

· Has strong attention to detail and a low revision rate

· Communicates clearly and proactively

· Takes pride in reliable, high quality work

· Understands the intricacies and importance of extracting accurate financial data from platforms like Kajabi, Stripe, AfterPay, Pinch, Cliniko, StudioNinja – and/or are quick to learn those you haven't used yet

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, practice experience preferred
• Strong Xero skills
• Must be an Australian Resident or citizen with full working rights
• Employed role only – no subcontractors or agencies

All in a flexible working arrangement, with committed hours you can rely on (4-5 hours per day between 9am-3pm, Monday to Thursday). You'll have training and process guides to help you settle in confidently.
