What's the Gig?
Our Commercial Team is seeking motivated, energetic, and guest-focused individuals to join us on a seasonal casual basis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of commercial outlets, including Food & Beverage, Retail, and Photography, while helping create unforgettable moments for our guests.

As a Theme Park Employee, you'll be part of our dynamic Commercial team responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple outlets. Whether it's serving delicious meals, capturing magical moments, or assisting guests with retail purchases, every shift offers something different.

We're looking for:

•    Exceptional guest service and communication skills

•    Cash handling and EFTPOS experience

•    Ability to work efficiently under pressure

•    Excellent grooming and presentation standards

•    Team players who show initiative and enthusiasm

•    Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain one

Those with fast food or back-of-house experience are encouraged to apply

In addition, if you are successful, we will be considering those with photography experience or budding photographers for Higher Duties opportunities as a Senior Photo Sales Assistant*.  

Our Senior Photo Sales Assistants* work as roving photographers and support the Dreampix and Koala Photos outlets, producing high-quality guest photographs and assisting with team coordination, service standards, and outlet presentation.

** This position requires a valid paid Queensland Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000. Under the 'No Card, No Start' requirements, successful candidates must hold this clearance before commencing employment.  

The Details
These roles involve manual handling and require a good level of physical fitness. Flexibility is essential, with shifts rostered across seven days, including weekends, evenings, and school holidays. Weekend availability is a must
