Your Mission
As TOA's Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the mastermind shaping our digital footprint. From scroll-stopping social content to high-converting ecommerce campaigns, you'll lead the way in bringing our brands to life online. Your work will inspire customers, energize communities, and make sure TOA stands out in a crowded market.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, can balance data with imagination, and is excited to push boundaries while keeping an eye on results.
What You'll Do
Consumer Insights & Campaigns
- Use consumer data and insights to design digital campaigns that drive real engagement and loyalty.
Content Creation & Strategy
- Lead the creation of fresh, on-brand content for social media, websites, ecommerce, and beyond.
- Tailor strategies for each platform, ensuring maximum impact.
Influencer Marketing
- Build meaningful partnerships with influencers who truly align with TOA's values.
- Manage collaborations that feel authentic, fun, and effective.
Agency Collaboration
- Work with external agencies to craft high-performance digital content.
- Provide sharp direction to keep everything aligned with TOA's brand voice and goals.
Website & Ecommerce Management
- Oversee TOA's websites, optimize performance, and drive growth.
- Spearhead initiatives that elevate the ecommerce experience.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Own the numbers. Track KPIs, review campaigns, and provide actionable insights to keep improving.
Budget Management
- Manage digital marketing spend strategically to deliver maximum ROI.
Community & Competitor Insights
- Keep a close eye on our community and competitors.
- Ensure TOA stays ahead of trends and consumer expectations.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns across social media, search, and websites.
- Strong project management skills – from idea to execution.
- Hands-on knowledge of ecommerce, SEO, SEM, and campaign analytics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and marketing tools.
- A flair for creativity, with the ability to turn ideas into content that resonates.
- Data-driven decision-making skills (you love turning insights into action).
- Experience in beverages or agency work (a big plus).
- A tertiary qualification in commerce, marketing, or related field (preferred).
