The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Laundry Assistant to join our team. Preference will be given to someone who has a current Australian Manual Driver's License. Early morning starts are essential. Must be able to work well under pressure. Throughout the day, there are very busy times that become a fast-paced environment where you will be required to take care of the needs of large volume of people as quickly and efficiently as you can. This hands-on role plays an essential part in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment at our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute PPE to staff each morning.
  • Maintain the grounds, including mowing and gardening.
  • Ensure overall plant cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Clean designated areas using approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Conduct regular stock takes of cleaning and PPE supplies.
  • Complete audit requests and assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team when required.

  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
