Location: Carrington, NSW

Synergie has partnered with a highly respected manufacturer and processor of steel products, servicing the civil, construction, and industrial sectors. Due to consistent growth, we are seeking Machine Operators with laser and kinetic machine experience to join their Carrington-based team on Afternoon Shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build of anchor cages
  • heat shrinking bolts
  • Manual handling of products (up to 20kg)
  • Maintaining safe work practices and general housekeeping
  • Collaborating with a close knit team to meet production goals

Essential Criteria

  • Hand tools and power tools experienced
  • Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Overhead crane experience (advantageous)
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
  • Reliable with strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Own reliable transport

What We Offer

  • Immediate start with consistent 40-hour work weeks
  • Day Shift: 6am to 2:30pm
  • Temp to Perm
