We are currently seeking to expand our team with motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are positive and driven to join our team as Skilled Labourers.  The position will see you completing a range of civil tasks.

With several new projects underway, we're looking for a motivated and capable professionals to help us deliver outstanding results within the Midcoast area. This is for a 1-2 year period of work starting in early January 2026.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to develop strong working relationship with groups of diverse employees and subcontractors
  • A commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of health and safety
  • Ability to assist in manual labour
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Hard working and works well in a team
  • The ability to operate in a punctual, courteous and business-like manner while maintaining a 'can do attitude'

Skills Required

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

  • Ability to operate dump truck and roller preferred
  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card) - essential
  • Ideally have previous labouring experience in civil construction or similar
  • Willingness to learn and train to operate various civil plant and equipment
  • Reliable transport and drivers license
  • The ability to undertake and pass a Pre Employment medical that includes a Drug and Alcohol test
