Sales Associate / Property Manager

RE/MAX Signature is seeking motivated and career-driven professionals to join our growing team in either Sales Associate or Property Manager positions. These roles are ideal for individuals who are well-presented, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in real estate.

Requirements
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • Professional presentation with excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive outlook
Sales Associate Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and managing client relationships
  • Assisting with appraisals, open homes, and inspections
  • Managing databases, appointments, and client follow-up
  • Supporting marketing and lead generation activities
Property Manager Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of rental properties
  • Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
  • Providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants
