About the role

We are looking for Cellar Operators (permanent) to join our Wynns Cellar Operations team. Reporting to the Cellar Supervisor, his is an exciting role which will see you working in our state-of-the-art winery.

• Perform a variety of daily cellar operations to maintain high quality standards 
• Operate a range of equipment safely and efficiently
• Work and communicate with the cellar and winemaking teams to ensure product quality and production schedules are met
• Report food safety hazards and quality as noticed via the food safety and quality management system ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Maintain correct and accurate cellar operation records

About you

We are open to you past experience as we are able to provide full training The successful candidate/s will be:

• Motivated, reliable, passionate and can work well in a team environment.
• A strong communicator and reliable team player
• Safety focussed  
• Attention to detail and problem solving are a must as you will have to handle multiple tasks
• Computer literacy
• Able to perform manual handling work (a medical check will be part of the process)
