About the Role
As the Senior Buyer / Product Developer, you will lead the full product lifecycle, from range strategy and concept development through to production and launch. This role is perfect for someone who loves product, understands the online customer, and wants the autonomy to shape a multi-category range spanning key apparel segments.

- Lead end-to-end product development — briefing, sampling, fit reviews, costing, approvals, and final production sign-off.
- Build strong supplier partnerships and manage critical paths to ensure on-time delivery and quality execution.
- Drive product innovation, fabric development, sustainability considerations, and quality improvements.
Buying & Commercial Accountability
- Own category performance KPIs including sales, margin, stock health, and OTB alignment.
- Review weekly trade performance and implement actions to maximise sales and minimise risk.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to ensure compelling product storytelling and strong go-to-market execution.
- Work with design and technical teams to maintain cohesive brand aesthetic and fit consistency across categories.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain to proactively resolve issues and support seamless delivery.
Process & Business Improvement
- Implement scalable processes, documentation, and ways of working that support a growing retail operation.
- Drive continuous improvement in product workflow, supplier performance, and internal communication.
- Support organisational growth by mentoring junior team members and contributing to the wider product strategy.
About You
- 5+ years experience in Womenswear buying, product development, or category management.
- Multi-category apparel experience (e.g., dresses, denim, knitwear, soft separates, loungewear, outerwear).
- Strong understanding of online retail dynamics, customer behaviour, and fast-moving trading environments.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial decision-making.
- Excellent supplier management, negotiation, and critical path skills.
- Comfortable in a scaling environment — proactive, solutions-focused, and able to build process where needed.
