About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to manage daily office operations and support events. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

Office Maintenance & Supplies

· General Office Admin Work

· Events and Marketing Activities

· Cultural Events & Celebrations

· Office Maintenance and Supplies

· Conduct grocery shopping and restocking (2–3 times per week).

· Organize kitchen supplies and maintain stock of cleaning products.

· Lift and store stock from downstairs and coordinate with the fish cleaning service.

Events & Celebrations

· Coordinate monthly birthday celebrations, including cake and stocking.

· Organize team lunches, events, and cultural celebrations such as Christmas, Diwali, and Eid.

· Plan end-of-financial-year parties and team-specific bookings.

· Oversee event logistics, food and beverage arrangements, and on-site checks.

What We're Looking For

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Ability to manage vendors and coordinate logistics.

· Comfortable with light physical tasks (e.g., lifting stock).

· A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
