St Joseph's Nudgee College is seeking a professional and proactive Administration Officer – Property & Services to join our team in a full-time role supporting the Director of Property, Services & Facilities and the Logistics Manager.

This position is perfect for an organised, hands-on administrator who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a tangible impact behind the scenes.

The Role

Working as part of the Property & Services team, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across Property, Services, and Transport operations
  • Manage incoming calls, deliveries, contractor assistance, and staff enquiries
  • Process purchase and work orders, invoices, and petty cash reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate databases, schedules, and registers for vehicles, contractors, and maintenance requests
  • Support logistics functions, including College bus bookings, vehicle allocation, and CCTV reviews
  • Assist with facility bookings, event logistics, and security processes such as key and swipe card management
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations
About You

You're a motivated team player who enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You bring:

  • Previous experience in administration, facilities, or property services
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database systems
  • Basic understanding of accounts and invoicing processes
  • The ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
  • A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain one
