Groundsperson

We seek a Groundsperson to work within the Property & Services team to ensure proactive and professional maintenance of College grounds (including ovals, road edges, playgrounds, sporting and recreational facilities) and equipment required for such maintenance. This is a full-time continuing position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Routine grounds clean up and damage inspections
- Ability to safely operate and maintain small machinery including but not limited to street sweeper, mowers, brush cutters, chain saws, blowers and other plants.
- Routine spraying of weeds around the school surrounds.
- Ensure accessible blocked gutters and drains are cleaned and maintained.
- Pressure washing paths, buildings and pool decks
- Assist with mulching in lead up to events
- Tool and machinery maintenance
- Undertake other suitable tasks, as directed by the Grounds Manager.
