Your New Role
Join a Force for Good at Aware Super
Location: Perth CBD – Work in the heart of Perth CBD, just steps from train stations.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

As a Service Consultant based in our vibrant Perth CBD office, you'll be the voice of Aware Super, delivering outstanding help to our members via inbound calls and face to face member enquiries. You'll provide superannuation, insurance, and retirement guidance, building rapport and solving problems with care and professionalism.

How do you exceed our expectations?
You will have demonstrated experience and a genuine passion for customer service and providing exceptional service to customers/members. In addition, you will have:
- RG146 qualification in superannuation is desirable but not essential;
- Experience in providing general superannuation advice is desirable but not essential;
- Experience in a contact centre or customer-facing role (superannuation or financial services experience is a bonus but not required);
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others;
- Proven ability to address member inquiries with empathy and expertise, consistently meeting or exceeding agreed service levels;
- Follow up diligently to ensure every query is resolved effectively;
- Identify member needs, offer general advice, or refer member with the next best help when appropriate;
- Drive member retention through tailored solutions and problem-solving;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Intermediate computer literacy and adaptability to change; and
- Exceptional communication skills and be a collaborative team player.
