Our client is a leading investment bank with a strong reputation for excellence in the consumer sector. They provide comprehensive advisory services and execute high-profile transactions, helping clients achieve their strategic and financial objectives.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate to join their Generalist/ Consumer Investment Banking team. In this role, you will work on a variety of transactions within the consumer sector, offering a broad exposure and the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and valuation for clients within the consumer sector
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive client presentations and pitch materials
  • Support senior bankers in executing M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects
  • Perform thorough due diligence and industry research
  • Assist in the development of strategic advisory recommendations for clients

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to the consumer sector
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
