About the Company
Our client is a well-established organisation currently delivering a high-profile finance transformation project. They are known for a supportive and collaborative environment where contractors are welcomed into the team and given exposure to meaningful project work. Due to project demands, they are seeking two Finance Officers to join their team who will also assist with data migration support for a new finance system. This will be roughly a 6 month assignment, Working holiday visas are welcome to apply

The Role
Reporting to the Project Lead, your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting data migration activities for finance transformation
  • Performing data entry, cleansing, validation, and record updates
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers to confirm and update details
  • Assisting with AP/AR processes to ensure accuracy and readiness for transition
  • Working closely with project stakeholders to deliver on key objectives
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer who can thrive in a fast-paced project environment. You will ideally have:
  • 2–4 years' AP experience with strong data entry and data cleansing skills
  • Previous experience working on a data migration project will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication – confident liaising with suppliers/customers
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Open to Working Holiday Visa candidates
