Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a full-time Rental Sales Officer to join our Brisbane Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply

About the role

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
  • Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
  • Checking & cleaning (exterior/interior) of vehicles on return of rentals
  • Cross-sales

About You

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Adaptive verbal and written communication
  • Outstanding Customer Service
  • Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
  • Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to follow the process, and procedures and maintain documentation

All applicants must hold a valid Driver's Licence. The successful applicant will also be required to submit a Traffic History before commencement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $26.55 per hour
