Nurse Unit Manager | Melbourne | Full-Time & Permanent

About the Role

  • Lead and empower a close-knit team caring for patients participating in respiratory, cardiovascular, neurology and other (non-oncology) studies—including both healthy volunteers and those exploring new treatment options.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Brings previous leadership experience within a hospital, clinical trial, or patient-facing healthcare setting (NUM, ANUM, Nurse Team Lead, etc.)
  • Loves the idea of regular hours, people management, and a dynamic but supportive work culture.
  • Has a current AHPRA registration and proven skills as an RN.
  • Is passionate about innovation, quality, and finding a better way - for both patients, staff and business.
