About the Role:
As Manager – Therapies at LifeFul, you won't just be steering from the sidelines. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a qualified practitioner such as an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, or Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. You will carry your own caseload while guiding a multidisciplinary therapy team to deliver exceptional, evidence-driven outcomes. It's a role for someone who loves the craft of practice and the art of leadership equally. You'll shape clinical direction, strengthen systems, nurture talent, and ensure every participant receives the quality of support that helps them flourish.

What YOU will DO:
- Deliver high quality, evidence-based therapy services to an allocated caseload.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and day-to-day support to the therapy team.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, legislation, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and case notes.
- Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and service quality.
- Support staff performance management, including monitoring KPIs and development goals.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support service growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, families, support networks, and external providers.
- Assist in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and capability development.
- Contribute to service planning, operational efficiency, and achievement of business outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in allied health (Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, or related discipline).
- Demonstrated experience in complex care, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- Completion of all required NDIS Commission training modules.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Full Australian driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance.
