Saint Valentine Jewellery is looking for an experienced & dynamic Boutique Store Manager to lead one of our Saint Valentine stores and play a key role in our continued growth.

Who are you?

As our Retail Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations, from sales performance and visual merchandising to team leadership and inventory management. 

You are an inspiring and engaging leader who is passionate about introducing customers to the Saint Valentine world. You provide exceptional customer service, love our product and represent the image of our brand at all times.

As our ideal candidate, you will:

  • Have experience in retail management and/or customer service position
  • Enjoy the challenge of being in a fast paced and growing business with the ability to adapt to its changing needs
  • Be results driven with an ability to meet & exceed key performance indicators
  • Create an industry-leading customer service experience for our customers through a genuine & engaging approach
  • Display exceptional leadership skills through the training and management of a diverse store team, supporting them for success
  • Positive and customer centric
  • Confident with VM and store presentation
  • Have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Be a team player – inclusive, reliable, accountable and adaptable
