Retail Manager – Australia & New Zealand

  • Responsible for driving overall business growth and leading the retail function across the region
  • Directs and manage all store development & activities for the region
  • Responsible for the planning, organizing and strategic direction of the Retail function
  • Determines target markets and analyse demographic information for the preparation of store development strategies
  • Responsible for the organization of due diligence process for all stores; Reviews current operational procedures and develops and establishes new procedures where warranted
  • Prepares and manages department budget, expense control
  • Leads area and store managers to achieve business goals
  • Works with other departments to ensure smooth process of store development plan execution

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business or relevant discipline
  • +10 years experience in retail, fashion retail is preferred
  • Proven experience to expand various business lines in retail operations
  • Excellent in problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
  • A self-starter with excellent leadership, people management skill and strategic thinking
