We're seeking an experienced and passionate
Retail Store Manager
to lead our Double Bay Store— someone who embodies the AUTORE MODA aesthetic and thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with AUTORE MODA's brand values.
  • Drive boutique performance, meeting and exceeding sales, KPI, and client retention targets.
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising in collaboration with HQ.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients, nurturing long-term loyalty.
  • Ensure operational excellence including inventory management, reporting, and store procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams on in-store activations, events, and content opportunities.
  • Act as an ambassador for AUTORE MODA's sustainable and certified South Sea pearls, confidently educating clients about the brand's heritage and ethical practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail management.
  • Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail service standards and visual presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fine jewellery, sustainability, and storytelling through design.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and events as required.
