The firm manages multi-billion-dollar funds and partners with exceptional management teams to deliver growth, operational improvement, and long-term value creation.

The team is looking to add a high-performing
Associate
to its Sydney investment team. This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier platform with exposure to market-defining transactions and hands-on value creation across diverse sectors.

Role Overview
As an
Associate
, you'll play a key role across all aspects of the investment life cycle:

  • Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis.
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence processes.
  • Support deal origination, execution, and investment committee presentations.
  • Partner with management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives within portfolio companies.
  • Contribute to exit planning and performance monitoring.

You'll work directly with senior investment professionals and gain significant exposure to CEOs, boards, and advisors across multiple industries.

Role Requirements

  • 2–4 year's experience in investment banking (M&A, coverage, leveraged finance) or top-tier management consulting.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building businesses.

Exposure to private equity transactions, due diligence, or growth strategy projects will be highly regarded.
