Role Overview

As an Associate, you’ll play a key role across all aspects of the investment life cycle:

- Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence processes.
- Support deal origination, execution, and investment committee presentations.
- Partner with management teams to drive operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives within portfolio companies.
- Contribute to exit planning and performance monitoring.

You’ll work directly with senior investment professionals and gain significant exposure to CEOs, boards, and advisors across multiple industries.

Role requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking (M&A, coverage, leveraged finance) or top-tier management consulting.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building businesses.

Exposure to private equity transactions, due diligence, or growth strategy projects will be highly regarded.
