The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking retail professional to join our Sydney team as
Retail Support Manager
. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of Retail Excellence across the region, driving innovation and transformation through strategic initiatives that elevate performance, empower teams, and enhance the client experience. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the continued success of one of the world's most iconic Maisons, while developing your own expertise within an environment that values ambition, creativity, and collaboration.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver strategic Retail Excellence projects that elevate operational performance and the client experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Retail Operations, Client Development, Finance, and IT to drive impactful initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless, compliant, and efficient store operations, including POS system management, stock accuracy, after-care service standards and effective floor management strategies.
  • Identify and share operational best practices across the store network to strengthen consistency and excellence.
  • Drive client feedback initiatives such as Voice and Dare to Delight to enhance the client journey and foster a culture of client-centricity.
  • Develop clienteling capabilities in retail teams and collaborate with Client Development to grow high-value client segments.
  • Monitor and report on retail KPIs and manage commission processes accurately.
  • Champion change management by introducing new technologies, tools, and process improvements across Retail.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating innovative practices to continuously enhance efficiency, engagement, and performance.
