About the role We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and curious support workers to join our team in supporting two of our highly valued clients living in SIL and SDA accommodation in Burpengary & Morayfield.

Supporting Our Female Client

Our gentle client requires support from calm, consistent and well experienced workers. Her support needs include:

  • PEG feeding
  • Assistance with specialised medication procedures
  • Hoisting and safe manual handling
  • Non-verbal communication using visual aids
  • Ideal candidates will be patient, adaptable and respectful of unique communication styles

Supporting Our Male Client

Our young male client, diagnosed with down syndrome and autism, requires intensive, structured support. His care needs include:

  • Implementing an intensive Behaviour Support Plan
  • Working within a high-escalation, complex setting
  • Supporting non-verbal communication
  • Creating a stable, calm, and positive environment during escalations
  • We're seeking experienced and inquisitive individuals who are confident working in high-support environments

About You

We're looking for people who bring a mix of experience, skills and understanding to the role. You don't need to meet every point below to apply:

  • Experience with complex care is preferred
  • Open to ongoing training
  • Confident, calm and solution-focused in challenging situations
  • Holds or willing to obtain: NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, Manual Handling & Medication Admin Certificates
  • Reliable, consistent, and flexible with availability
