CCR Phone Repair is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with phone accessory purchases, performing basic phone repairs, installing screen protectors, maintaining inventory, and processing sales using the POS system. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and have a passion for mobile technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen Protector Installation: Accurately install screen protectors on various phone models to a high standard.
  • Basic Phone Repairs: Perform minor repairs including battery replacements, screen swaps, and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Customer Sales: Assist customers in selecting cases, accessories, and repair services that meet their needs.
  • Point of Sale Operation: Use the POS system to process transactions, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and assist in ordering and receiving inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, answer questions, and offer technical support where appropriate.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the retail space clean, organized, and aligned with company presentation standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of smartphone hardware and repairs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfort using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new devices and repair methods

Desirable Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience with phone repair or electronics
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android)
  • Sales experience in a technology or phone-related environme

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.19 – $46.46 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
