We're looking for a Customer Experience Officer who will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in maintaining our high standards. What you'll be doing

  • Setting up new customers accurately in our Waste Edge system
  • Handling customer queries with professionalism and urgency
  • Managing booking inquiries and service changes
  • Supporting account management and helping customers get the most from our services
  • Liaising with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution

What we're looking for

  • Industry experience is highly preferred — especially if you've worked with Waste Edge
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service (we expect nothing less)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings and data
  • Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and clear
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Someone who genuinely cares about the success of the business they work for
