We're looking for a Customer Experience Officer who will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in maintaining our high standards. If you're the type of person who takes pride in getting things right the first time, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and truly cares about the company you work for, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Setting up new customers accurately in our Waste Edge system
- Handling customer queries with professionalism and urgency
- Managing booking inquiries and service changes
- Supporting account management and helping customers get the most from our services
- Liaising with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution
What we're looking for
- Industry experience is highly preferred — especially if you've worked with Waste Edge
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service (we expect nothing less)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings and data
- Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and clear
- A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Someone who genuinely cares about the success of the business they work for
