About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Senior Finance Analyst to drive financial performance across our manufacturing and distribution network.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing accurate accruals, journals, forecasts, and budgets. Linking operational activity to financial outcomes.

  • Analysing cost drivers and stock take results to improve cost control and inventory accuracy.

  • Working across multiple systems (SAP & Globe), with strong Excel and Power Query skills; Tableau or Alteryx experience is a plus.

  • Assist in building business cases for CAPEX and operational improvement initiatives.

About You

We are seeking a finance professional with hands-on experience in manufacturing and distribution finance. You have a strong technical accounting background, can translate operational activity into financial impact, and are confident working with cost drivers, inventory, and business systems.

The suitable candidate will possess:

  • CPA or CA qualifications (or close to completion).

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance within food manufacturing and distribution.

  • Strong learning agility with proven experience learning new systems.

  • Strong technical accounting skills: accruals, journals, forecasting, budgeting, costing, and financial modelling.
