Due to significant growth, we're on the hunt for a 
passionate, innovative, and experienced Food Category Manager
 to join our dynamic team and lead the development, delivery, and performance of our food offering across our network of APCO Service Stations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving 
    food category growth
     through data-led decisions and innovation
  • Managing 
    multi-site operations
    , rolling out new food concepts and offers
  • Working hands-on with suppliers, in-store teams, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring 
    food safety compliance
    , labelling, and regulatory requirements are always met
  • Analysing product performance, customer trends, and competitor activity
  • Collaborating on marketing, pricing, and range strategies

What We're Looking For:

-A true foodie – someone who loves great food and knows what works

-Strong analytical skills and business acumen

-Proven experience in QSR and/or convenience retail

-Experience across multi-site store operations

-Innovative thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach

-Solid knowledge of food safety, labelling, and compliance requirements

  • Operational food service experience will be highly regarded
