Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Timber Products Assembler & Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling our timber products, assisting the Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble timber products designed for dog toilets with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks, including packing orders, preparing pallets, and managing stock.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
  • Use power tools, such as hand saws, rip saws, and power drills, to complete various tasks.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively in a small team environment to achieve production goals.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and streamlining processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in building or woodworking.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to use power tools safely and confidently.
  • Experience operating forklifts (preferred not required) or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
