Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Concrete Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete for housing footings, slabs, and suspended slabs. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in concrete work, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • I'd like you to assist in preparing sites for concrete pouring, including setting up forms, rebar, and mesh.
  • Pour, and spread concrete to the desired level, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment to smooth and finish concrete surfaces.
  • Work with other team members to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and the worksite.
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in concrete work.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them strictly.
  • White Card (Construction Induction) must be held before commencing employment.
  • Experience Necessary
  • Minimum of less than 1 year of concrete work experience required.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position.
