About the Role:
We're looking for two motivated Concrete/Site Supervisors to join our team This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects run safely and efficiently. You don't need to be a Tier 1 Supervisor — we're looking for capable leaders ready to take the next step in their career.
What We Offer:
- 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity
- Company vehicle provided
- Standard 45-hour workweek (9-hour days), with potential weekend work
- MSIC Ticket required
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in concrete/site supervision
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to lead a team safely
- Eligible to work in Australia with MSIC access
