Must haves:

  • Minimum 2 years of scheduling/rostering experience in a NFP setting.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Salesforce (and specifically the MAICA app integration) - highly desirable.
  • Sound oral and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Full Australian Work Rights (passport, visa, birth certificate)
  • Current acceptable NDIS Worker Screener Check (or willingness to apply).

Reporting to the Group Accountant, this role is accountable for accurately scheduling and supporting the rostering process for our Supported Independent Living houses and community supports. This will result in efficient rostering management and exceptional client service with focus towards continuity of services.
