About the Role
We're on the lookout for a people-loving, client-championing lead who can juggle direct client support with operational leadership & keeping an awesome team running smoothly. You'll help manage a dedicated team of support workers in 2 of our houses in Cromer, build strong relationships with clients and their Circles of Support, and work closely with the Operations Manager to drive performance across:
Client engagement and planning
Staff development and supervision
Rostering & service coordination
Incident management and safeguarding

Rallying a team of Community Support Workers like a seasoned coach—guiding, motivating, and setting them up for success.
Leading by example—person-centred, active support isn't just a phrase, it's a mindset.
Helping the team deliver and document support that aligns with clients' goals, dreams, and preferences.
Working with the Operations Manager to roll out policies, procedures, and knowledge that help everyone shine.
About You
You're a compassionate go-getter with experience in disability support and a knack for bringing people together. You're great at problem-solving, you love seeing people thrive, and paperwork doesn't scare you (too much). Here's what makes you awesome:
Proven leadership experience in disability services
Skill in keeping a team organized and on track.
A solid understanding of disability support needs.
Ability to manage competing priorities with empathy and efficiency
The ability to build great relationships—with clients, families, and colleagues alike.
An eye for detail when recording and documenting client progress.
