About the Role

We're looking for compassionate and committed Care/Support Workers to join our North Coast team in Medowie & Surrounding Areas.

You'll support people to live safely and independently in their homes, help that makes a real difference. You'll also enjoy variety, flexible hours and meaningful work close to home.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
  • Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
  • Transport to appointments or social outings
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting people with complex needs (Autism, Bipolar, BPD, physical disabilities)

Who We're Looking For

You are:

  • Compassionate, reliable and proactive
  • A great communicator and active listener
  • Someone who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Comfortable travelling to multiple client homes in the region

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
  • Working With Children Check {Blue Card}
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • COVID-19 vaccination (as required by health regulations)
  • Australian work rights
