About the Opportunity
As Master Scheduler of our SATO (Strategy, Architecture & Transformation Office) portfolio at eHealth, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through the ongoing maintenance of the Portfolio Master Schedule ensuring the smooth delivery of major digital and infrastructure transformation initiatives that directly impact patient care and health outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to keep projects on track — driving proactive schedule management and the successful delivery of program outcomes.
In this role, you will
- Maintain and monitor the Program Master Schedule, ensuring dependencies, milestones and critical paths are effectively managed and communicated.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Work Stream Leads to plan, coordinate and forecast schedules, resources, and costs.
- Establish and manage processes to ensure regular updates from all work streams are incorporated into the master schedule.
- Prepare schedule status reports and updates for Program and Executive Committees to support informed decision-making.
- Identify potential risks or delays, develop mitigation strategies, and provide governance over project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain Program Plans, ensuring all related documentation and systems are current and accurate.
About You
- Extensive scheduler experience within in large or complex organisations.
- Skilled in managing schedules across multiple portfolios and interdependent projects.
- Proficient with scheduling tools and executive/stakeholder reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach to customer engagement.
- Experience working within NSW Health or similar public sector environments is highly regarded.
- Understanding of project management and experience in a Program Management Office (PMO) setting.
