MidValley Early Education is a well-established centre in Morwell,  we are seeking a Lead Educator and a Diploma Educator to join our team. At our centre, we strive to create and maintain an authentic, creative, healthy, challenging and caring place for children, families and the team.

The Early Years Learning Framework will drive your reflective process, inspire your documentation, and ensure that children's interests are recognised, understood and incorporated into our program.

To be a member of our amazing team, you will have:

  • Experience in a genuine play-based EC environment (preferably LDC)
  • A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • A current working with children's check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – with an ability to build strong relationships
  • A positive, friendly and energetic approach to work
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills.
  • Diploma Qualifications or studying towards a Diploma
  • Sound knowledge of Early Childhood Education models, particularly the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Demonstrated commitment to the Early Childhood Education profession including sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and its practical application in the LDC environment.

  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • A demonstrated passion for leading an educational program with great outcomes for children.
