About the role

In this dynamic role, you will create high-quality design content across print and digital platforms, support a wide range of internal departments, and help bring community-facing campaigns to life.

Duties will include, but are not limited to

  • Design engaging promotional, corporate, and advertising artwork across digital and print channels
  • Work with internal and external clients to interpret briefs and manage design projects from concept to delivery
  • Liaise with external suppliers and printers to ensure high-quality production outcomes
  • Apply and uphold Council's Corporate Style Guide and relevant policies
  • Provide support as Print Officer when required

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Diploma in Graphic Design (TAFE minimum) and/or extensive experience in graphic design and printing
  • Experience managing design briefs from planning through to final production
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for video content creation
  • Strong understanding of printing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
