About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Person to join our team at Annie's at the Beach in Palm Cove, Queensland. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all customers
  • Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
  • Maintaining a tidy, clean & well-organised sales floor and dressing rooms
  • Replenishing and restocking merchandise as needed
  • Handling customer eftpos transactions
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve store objectives

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion &/or swimwear industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
  • A keen eye for fashion
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, available Mon to Sat for roster.
