We're now looking for a Performance Marketer who can take the lead on our growth channels, with a strong focus on Email Marketing, Meta advertising, Google Ads, and SEO.

This role blends creative thinking and performance strategy ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of brand, data, and digital innovation.

About the Role

As our Performance Marketer, you'll be responsible for leading Sodii's digital campaigns from strategy to execution, working closely with our creative and content team.

You'll take ownership of:

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

  • Planning and executing lifecycle emails, campaigns, and automations
  • List segmentation and A/B testing
  • Performance tracking and optimisation

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Creating and managing paid social campaigns - whilst working alongside an external digital agency
  • Ability to lead creative testing and data-driven optimisation
  • Managing budget and reporting on key KPIs

Google Ads & SEO

  • Managing Google Search, Shopping & Display
  • Keyword research and campaign structure optimisation
  • Supporting ongoing SEO improvements across content and site structure

Creative & Brand Strategy

  • Collaborating on ad concepts and campaign direction
  • Ensuring all marketing assets align with brand identity and visual tone
  • Bringing a fresh, creative lens to performance campaigns
