Maintenance Officer – Casual

Locations: Prospect | Magill | Elizabeth Park | Uraidla | Woodside

(Work across multiple sites as needed)

We're looking for a casual Maintenance Officer to help keep our homes running smoothly across our CCH sites. If you're hands-on, organised, and enjoy variety in your day, this could be a great fit.

You'll help with:

  • General interior and exterior maintenance
  • Preventative and reactive repairs
  • Coordinating trades when required
  • Testing and tagging of electrical items (training provided)
  • Basic garden and grounds work (weeding, irrigation, tidy-ups)

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in building and grounds maintenance (aged care experience a bonus)
  • Confident using tools, equipment, and working independently
  • Testing and tagging experience preferred
  • Some garden maintenance knowledge
  • Good communication and a respectful manner
  • Awareness of safe work practices
  • Ability to work across multiple sites when needed
  • Current National Police Check (less than 3 years old)
