Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales/Outbound Sales Specialist based in Maitland, NSW. The Specialist will be responsible for initiating outbound sales efforts, building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, offering training or guidance on product use, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Collaborative work with other teams to meet sales targets and foster long-term client partnerships is integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Training skills to effectively present solutions and close deals.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with safety or industrial products is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A proactive attitude and a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales goals.
