About the Role

As a Gelato Production Worker for Gemelli Group, you'll assist with the preparation, production, and packaging of artisan gelato and sorbets. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing ingredients and following recipes with accuracy
  • Assisting in the production of gelato, sorbets, and related products
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality control
  • Packaging and labelling products for wholesale and retail distribution
  • Cleaning work areas and equipment to ensure a safe, sanitary environment
  • Supporting the team to meet daily production targets

About You

  • Previous experience in food production, hospitality, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 15–20kg
  • Flexible, reliable, and punctual with a positive attitude
