About Us

Papa Rolly's, part of the Gemelli Group family, is a well-loved Italian venue located in Carrara. Known for fresh, authentic flavours and a passion for true Italian hospitality, we are now looking for Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen team.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie at Papa Rolly's, you'll be a key part of our kitchen, working with a talented team to deliver dishes that showcase quality, creativity, and consistency. This is a great opportunity for chefs who are passionate about food and want to grow within a professional and supportive environment.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to Gemelli standards
  • Creating menus with flair and innovation, considering stock, seasonality, and guest preferences
  • Ensuring patron satisfaction by maintaining quality and consistency in every dish
  • Monitoring stock levels, preservation, rotation, and ordering to minimise wastage
  • Assisting and training kitchen staff in preparation, techniques, and ingredient knowledge
  • Supporting in the selection, training, and management of kitchen staff
  • Maintaining strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (or similar level) in a busy kitchen
  • A passion for food, teamwork, and delivering quality
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Full working rights in Australia (you must currently live in Australia to apply)
