Greenwood Physio are seeking a confident, reliable and quick learning Team Leader to join the Administration Team.

We require a well organised person to work hours per week. You need to show initiative and be able to work independently with a high level of personal motivation and problem solving. Your role will be diverse, involving face-to-face customer service and providing administration support to the team. Attention to detail and a preference for structured systems and procedures is highly desirable. Experience with NDIS / Medicare advantageous.

Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the actives of the physiotherapist and reception team to ensure patient care is at the forefront of all activities.
  • Managing staff, liaising with patients and healthcare professionals and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Assigning tasks and ensuring the team is working efficiently and effectively
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care
  • Overseeing reception team with billing, banking and petty cash requirements
  • Follow up and manage outstanding debtors
  • Booking and managing appointments with our practice management software (Front Desk)
  • Processing payments accurately, including Medicare, private health and work cover claims
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, stock management

Essential Selection Criteria

  • Broad availability across Monday to Saturday
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is essential and must be proactive - anticipate diary appointment issues
  • Following through meticulously with all enquiries and tasks
  • Experience across Microsoft suite and experience is appointment diary management using Front Desk platform or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment, quick to learn and able to process a high volume of new information
  • Maintain high levels of sensitivity responsiveness and confidentiality
