Evergreen Early Learning, part of the Chemello Group, is looking for two passionate and experienced Educators to lead our Toddler and Kindy Rooms.

Located in Greenwood, WA, Evergreen is a family-owned early childhood service for children aged 0–5. We're a recently established centre with a strong commitment to quality care, learning, and community.

Your role as a Room Leader

• Design and deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports holistic child development
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver best practice care
• Build strong, open relationships with families and involve them in their child's learning journey
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Engage in ongoing professional development to grow your knowledge and skills

This is a full-time leadership role where you'll guide your team in delivering high-quality education and care, while helping every child thrive.

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Proven experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence
• Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Knowledge of regulations and commitment to high standards of safety and compliance
