Payam Data Recovery is looking for somebody who loves to help people, solve IT problems, work independently and multi-task in a role that involves learning new things, doing hands-on technical work, customer service, and providing customer and technical support in person, via telephone and email. A lot of variety in a fast-paced, busy but fun role in the Melbourne CBD data recovery lab.

You'll be receiving and assessing a wide range of data storage devices including faulty or damaged hard drives, SSDs, mobile phones, servers, RAID/NAS units, USB flash drives, memory cards, Apple MacBooks/iMacs and other storage devices. You'll test devices, provide quotes, perform recovery work, and liaise with our head office in Sydney.

  • Full training is provided. We are looking for a good attitude, willingness to learn new things, and the ability to work with good attention to detail, care and passion to help our customers. If you are looking for a long-term career, this is a permanent role. We're seeking a long-term partnership to run our Melbourne lab and office for many years to come.
