The Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Allocator/Planner to join our Omnichannel Fulfilment team at our state-of-the-art Ravenhall facility.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role offers the chance to work in a highly automated environment where your planning, coordination and problem-solving skills directly influence operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You'll balance day-to-day workload demands with forward-looking planning — ensuring that every order is allocated, scheduled and fulfilled accurately and on time.


What You'll Do

Order Allocation & Workload Management

  • Manage and allocate incoming orders effectively, balancing real-time demand and future forecasts
  • Monitor automated workflows and adjust allocations to maintain throughput and accuracy
  • Anticipate peaks and coordinate resources with warehouse and planning teams
  • Prioritise orders based on delivery deadlines and operational capacity
  • Communicate order status and changes clearly across teams

Operational Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate daily pick and pack schedules with available labour and automation capability
  • Identify potential bottlenecks early and implement corrective actions
  • Use data and system insights to optimise resource allocation and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align daily execution with broader business goals

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators related to allocation accuracy, fulfilment and productivity
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance automation utilisation
  • Provide timely reports and recommendations to the Operations Manager

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in order allocation, planning or coordination in a warehouse or distribution setting
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working with warehouse management systems and automation technology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills across multiple functions
  • Problem solver with a strong attention to detail and a customer-first approach
  • Confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment
