About the R
ole As a corporate broker at MBIB, you'll manage whole of account relationships for construction clients operating at scale, businesses with complex operations, layered risk profiles and sophisticated insurance needs. These clients rely on you for tailored advice, strategic program design and trusted partnership.

We've recently refined our corporate portfolio to give our Corporate brokers fewer accounts and more time to deliver deeper, more personalised service. If you enjoy getting in front of clients, building strong relationships and working with larger, more complex businesses, this role will suit you well.

There's also strong commercial upside. You'll have access to a generous income incentive on the revenue you generate, which can be highly rewarding if you're driven to grow your book and make an impact.

This role offers autonomy, flexibility and the chance to make an immediate impact. You'll be close to strategy, close to clients and supported by a respected national brand—without the red tape of a global c

About You

You're confident engaging with large-scale clients and thrive on building strong relationships through face-to-face meetings and meaningful conversations. You bring general insurance broking experience, ideally with exposure to construction-based clients. You're driven by service excellence and growth, with a strong sales mindset and a hunger to build your portfolio. You enjoy working collaboratively and are open to supporting others in the team.
